IFC National Marketing (an Integrity Company) is seeking a Regional Sales Director of Benefits. This is a key position in the organization as part of the external wholesaling team. The position will be responsible for group benefits production and agent recruiting in the upper Midwest territory. Success in this role will be measured by new growth for both IFC and the individual. The Regional Sales Director will wholesale to existing IFC agents and recruit new agents to increase employee benefits sales within the IFC agent network. This role involves conducting point of sale "Concierge" employee benefits sales for house accounts and by partnering with IFC agents. Strong ongoing service and support, including annual renewals, will be essential to maximize retention and client/agent satisfaction. The director will act as an expert employee benefits resource for agents and IFC staff, creating cross-referral opportunities for annuities, life, individual health, and Medicare. In addition, the Regional Sales Director will review and manage current tools, technology, and offerings for internal and external use to drive efficiency, new sales, and improved service. They will partner with IFC marketing staff to create and implement campaigns and initiatives, maximizing carrier contracts and relationships with partner uplines and IMOs/FMOs. The role also includes assisting operations management with onboarding, contracting, and enforcing new business processes and procedures if needed. The director will engage in calling campaigns within their network and IFC agents, host case study or pocket meetings with successful agents, and attend IFC and local industry events. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
