About the position

As the Regional Sales Director (RSD) at Brivo, you will lead a team of field sales managers to achieve revenue and growth targets for the Northwest region, which includes Northern CA, NV, OR, WA, ID, UT, WY, MT, CO, AK, and Western Canada. This remote position requires you to develop and implement strategies for maximizing reseller onboarding and growth, while also mentoring your team to ensure they meet their sales quotas and professional development goals.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach the region's field sales team towards productive territory growth and increased market share among Brivo's reseller channel.
  • Advise the field sales team on optimizing reseller deployment based on market potential and current performance.
  • Support and coach the field sales team in closing large opportunities.
  • Ensure the team's continued professional development and organize onboarding for new team members.
  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure performance and quotas.
  • Drive results-oriented behaviors in the sales team to optimize quality growth opportunities for Brivo from all product lines.
  • Identify, recruit, and maintain key reseller partnerships in coordination with field sales by establishing relationships with key reseller stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate and consistent revenue forecasting via Salesforce.com.
  • Acquire and maintain current knowledge of the competitive landscape and channel requirements, providing feedback to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or directly related sales management experience.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably within the access control/physical security industry, SaaS, software sales, or information security.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience leading sales professionals.
  • Channel sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in meeting assigned sales quotas consistently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.com, Google Apps (Docs/Sheets/Slides, etc.), and other business tools and applications.
  • Must reside in the assigned region and be located near a major airport.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the access control/physical security industry.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and software sales.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 with OTE of $260,000 - $320,000.
  • Incentive pay based on performance.
  • Eligibility for benefits & perks based on work location.
