About the position

The Regional Sales Leader (RSL) for the Central Territory is responsible for achieving the region's sales objectives while managing a team of sales representatives. This role involves coaching, training, and leading the team to ensure high performance and results. The RSL must understand the healthcare industry and apply this knowledge to develop effective business plans and execute sales strategies within compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute territory plans to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales results in pharmaceutical leadership.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
