Join our dynamic team to drive our brand's growth and innovation in the exciting powersports industry. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the sales strategies to increase sales growth of the 12 company-owned brands to power sports dealers, e-commerce retailers, big box stores, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The Regional Sales Manager will create and execute strategies for territory management that maintain and grow existing business while also targeting and securing new opportunities to achieve sales goals. This role requires the ability to complete routine dealer visits, track and review financial sales production, gross profit margin, and assess the needs and opportunities from the dealers, e-commerce retailers, big box stores, and OEMs' perspective. The successful candidate will utilize available tools to analyze account performance, purchase activity, and trends to identify sales opportunities. They will also identify dealer needs and collaborate with appropriate resources to bring solutions and grow sales for both short-term and long-term success. The Regional Sales Manager will learn, understand, and articulate the value of our proprietary and key distributed brands to target growth, implement promotional and marketing programs to maximize sales, and maintain customer and account information by utilizing the customer relationship management tool. Exceptional service to a diverse set of dealer types is essential, as is the ability to develop strong partnerships with dealership employees and key vendor representatives. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will act as a subject matter expert for dealer reference to Turn 14 Powersports' resources, maintain an appropriate level of sales samples and related support material for product presentations, and periodically attend trade shows, sales training, and industry events. This position requires the ability to support Turn 14 Powersports initiatives and programs as required and to liaise between all stakeholders, including Turn 14 Powersports, Inside Sales Representatives, Brand Management, Marketing, other company departments, the dealership network, and other liaisons. Other job functions may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute strategies for territory management to maintain and grow existing business while targeting new opportunities.

  • Perform other job functions as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in Powersports or OEM.
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
  • A track record of successfully executing brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proven sales ability, including negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
