About the position

The Regional Sales Manager at CentiMark Corporation is responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales activities of the Southern Sales Team across various Florida locations. This role involves managing Project Managers, Service Sales Representatives, and Tech Reps to ensure effective performance and achievement of sales goals. The position requires strategic planning, territory management, and active participation in business development to grow market share in the commercial roofing sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Managers, Service Sales Representatives, and Tech Reps to ensure job duties are met and goals are achieved.
• Review sales activities of representatives to ensure they are processing leads and following up on deals effectively.
• Develop territory marketing plans with representatives and monitor their execution.
• Strategize with sales representatives on pending projects to secure contracts.
• Create training plans and calendars for new sales representatives.
• Drive business development initiatives to grow market share.
• Attend and lead sales calls, providing updates and answering questions to produce results.
• Act as a source of information for operations and sales teams.
• Schedule customer office visits and prepare progress reports for management.
• Regularly visit managed offices and accompany sales representatives on appointments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Outside Sales/Territory Sales Team Management.
• Proven track record of qualifying and closing sales successfully.
• Strong time and territory management skills.
• Motivated to develop new accounts.
• Commercial/Industrial sales experience is required.
• Preferred experience in commercial roofing.
• College degree preferred.
