About the position

The Regional Sales Manager at ImageFIRST is responsible for overseeing sales operations and performance within a designated geographic area. Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for upper management.
  • Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team, with experience in coaching and developing sales staff.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
