About the position

The Regional Sales Manager at Alkira, Inc. is responsible for driving sales and acquiring new enterprise clients for the company's Network as a Service (NaaS) platform. This full-time position requires a high-energy individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies while managing complex sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Work deals from start to close, originating from various sources including marketing leads and cold calling.
  • Understand the market and challenges faced by prospects, mapping key decision makers and identifying purchase obstacles.
  • Pitch solutions through engaging presentations and targeted platform demos to enterprise companies.
  • Guide prospects through platform trials to ensure proper perception of value offering.
  • Communicate the value of Alkira solutions and position in the marketplace.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets for the region.
  • Manage and orchestrate the closing of large deals within complex sales cycles.
  • Provide feedback for continuous strategy and process optimization.
  • Leverage support from engineering, product management, marketing, finance, and executives to close deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Cloud, networking, and security preferred.
  • Experience selling to and working with C-Level and top management.
  • Experience building and managing a high-performing sales territory.
  • Strong passion for sales and relationship building.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
