About the position

The Regional Sales Manager at ZOLL Medical Corporation is responsible for driving sales of innovative medical devices within a specified geographical area. This role focuses on developing new business relationships, managing existing accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, including territory planning, account strategies, and participation in sales training and exhibits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business relationships and manage existing accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources in the medical community.
  • Assist with account strategies and territory planning to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets and quotas.
  • Maintain Salesforce records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot sales and customer issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Participate in sales orientation and training programs.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales exhibits and trade shows.
  • Stay informed about competitive offerings and new products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least three years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical device, or pharma industries.
  • Minimum of two years of experience with CRM or Salesforce.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and excellent time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
