ProForce Law Enforcement is an innovative leader in law enforcement equipment and firearms sales. ProForce is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the state of Florida to join our hardworking Outside Sales Team. The Regional Sales Manager is a base + commission outside sales position that is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with our customers in State, Local, and Federal law enforcement agencies. Our Regional Sales Managers spend their time visiting law enforcement agencies throughout the territory, conducting product demonstrations, as well as representing ProForce at various trade shows and product training classes.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers in State, Local, and Federal law enforcement agencies.
- Visit law enforcement agencies throughout the territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Represent ProForce at various trade shows and product training classes.
Requirements
- 5+ years prior outside sales experience.
- Prior Law Enforcement or Military experience is a PLUS.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision.
- Responsive, action-oriented, and customer-obsessed drive for success.
- Proactive, upbeat, and positive attitude.
- Flexibility, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Must reside within the Jacksonville-metro area.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license with a clean driving record.
