About the position

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Southeast Michigan to manage major accounts and drive new business opportunities. This role focuses on leveraging CrowdStrike's cybersecurity solutions to build relationships with CISO-level executives and expand revenue within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, customer-focused, and adept at navigating complex sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and execute Major Account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers.
  • Scope, negotiate and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Target and gain trust of decision makers in key prospect accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at the CIO and CISO level.
  • Collaborate with peers across functions to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement.
  • Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology framework.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience in a field sales capacity at a large enterprise level in cybersecurity, SaaS, Technology, or Security.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Global Automotive market with target account selling.
  • Capable of closing 7 figure global deals in solutions and services opportunities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota and performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex problems.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
  • Significant experience developing relationships with senior executives and alliance partners.
  • Ability to explain complicated concepts to various audiences.
  • Outstanding presentation, written, verbal, and closing skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50%.
