About the position

The Regional Sales Manager - Mid Enterprise is responsible for driving new business opportunities and growing existing client relationships within enterprise clients. This role involves positioning CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security technology and a proven track record in sales, particularly within the IT security industry.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal resources to build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with executive-level clients.
  • Network within client businesses to influence key decision makers, typically at C-level.
  • Act as a CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts.
  • Articulate and promote the company's value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare detailed account development plans and engagement strategies for each account.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive and close sales opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast business objectives and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven successful track record in a similar role selling high technology products to FTSE 250 companies.
  • Ability to network at multiple levels within an account up to C-Level.
  • Strong knowledge of Security Technology.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Experience in identifying and influencing key decision makers.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment at an Enterprise level.
  • Sales track record in the IT security industry preferred.
  • Capable of closing solutions and services opportunities in the range of $150k-$1m.
  • Familiarity with formal sales training methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, TAS).
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism.
