About the position

As a Regional Sales Manager for Mobile Deployment in the Western Territory, you will serve as the primary representative of Aria Filtra to prospective customers, focusing on all Mobile Rental Sales activities within your designated area. Your role will involve driving new customer acquisition, engaging with clients, and managing strategic partner relationships to foster growth and collaboration. You will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing organizational best practices. This includes effectively managing the sales funnel through Trojan Technologies' customer relationship management (CRM) system and consistently meeting or exceeding new customer and funnel growth objectives. In this position, you will leverage your extensive experience in direct and channel-based selling, particularly within industrial markets such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, and Water Markets. You will be expected to navigate the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while negotiating and securing contracts exceeding $1 million in value. Your ability to manage customer relationships and drive sales success will be critical to your performance in this role. The position requires a significant travel commitment, with expectations of up to 70% travel throughout the Western United States. This travel will facilitate face-to-face interactions with customers and partners, allowing you to build and maintain strong relationships that are essential for achieving sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary representative of Aria Filtra for Mobile Rental Sales activities within the Western Territory.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and manage strategic partner relationships.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Manage opportunity and sales funnel through the CRM solution.
  • Meet or exceed new customer and funnel growth targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related science.
  • 8+ years of experience in direct and channel-based selling or 3+ years managing sales personnel in industrial markets.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing contracts over $1 million in premium-priced products.
  • Experience managing customers through the full sales cycle in both channel-based and direct selling structures.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time throughout the territory.

Nice-to-haves

  • Based in the Western half of the US, within an hour's drive of a major airport.
  • Professional experience with 'Water as a Service' or water mobile filtration rentals.
