About the position

The Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest Region is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with businesses in the mining and construction sectors. This role involves face-to-face consultations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions, contributing to the growth of Carroll Technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to meet with businesses for face-to-face consultations
  • Present key information and product offerings to clients
  • Build rapport and understand merchant's unique needs
  • Manage customer relationships and follow up on leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience in technical sales
  • Strong work ethic
  • Great communication skills
  • Self-motivated and experienced
  • Management experience
  • Industry contacts in the mining and construction fields
