About the position

The Regional Sales Manager position is a remote role focused on driving sales of solar ventilation solutions in South Florida. The role involves engaging with roofing contractors, HVAC companies, and distribution partners to promote products, manage leads, and achieve sales targets. The position offers an uncapped commission structure and opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage roofing contractors, HVAC companies, and distributors to promote solar-powered ventilation products through on-site visits and product demos.
• Connect contractors with distribution centers to streamline product access and support.
• Educate clients on product benefits, including tax incentives and energy savings.
• Manage leads and sales activities using Copper CRM and coordinate calls through RingCentral.
• Identify new customer segments in South Florida, maintaining an active pipeline.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets for potential bonuses and uncapped commission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 4 years of B2B sales experience
• 5 years of experience in construction
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience with product demos
• Technical sales experience
