About the position

The Sales Representative at ZOLL Itamar is responsible for driving sales of innovative medical devices, specifically the WatchPAT family of home sleep apnea tests, within a designated geographical area. This role involves developing new business relationships, managing existing accounts, and providing ongoing support to the product distribution channel to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business relationships and manage existing accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources in the medical community.
  • Assist with account strategies, territory planning, and administrative responsibilities to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets and quotas.
  • Maintain Salesforce accurately and in a timely manner as needed by the company.
  • Investigate sales, customer, and Salesforce issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Participate in sales orientation and training programs.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales exhibits and trade shows.
  • Stay informed about competitive offerings, new products, and services relevant to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least three (3) years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical device, or pharma industries.
  • Minimum of two years of experience with CRM or Salesforce.
