About the position

The Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast Territory at Allianz Life is responsible for facilitating and accelerating the growth of Allianz Life Insurance products. This role focuses on increasing sales productivity among assigned producers, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales and market share goals. The position requires direct engagement with financial professionals and collaboration with internal teams to implement marketing strategies and improve overall profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Life Insurance producers and communicate effectively through various channels.
• Discuss how Allianz products compete with other Life Insurance products and promote their value.
• Identify the companies agents are selling for and position Allianz products accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Internal Life Sales Team to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for assigned client groups.
• Support execution of projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity while creating sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with 3-5 years specifically in Life Insurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• State Life and Health License required.
