About the position

As a Regional Sales Manager for Traffic Solutions, you will be responsible for developing the Southwestern states, including Southern California and Utah. This role focuses on outreach to promote the company's value proposition and long-term market strategy for the Traffic Solutions business segment. You will build relationships with contractors, state DOTs, local municipalities, and other key stakeholders while providing product demonstrations and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with contractors and important state DOT and local municipalities.
• Provide outstanding customer service handling questions, orders, requests for quotation, and project jobsite consulting.
• Inform the customer base of industry and product developments.
• Provide product demos with local municipalities and states working with decorative certified applicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 or more years of experience in the pavement marking industry with expertise in paint/coatings, epoxy, and thermoplastic application.
