About the position

The Regional Sales Manager for Texas and Oklahoma will be responsible for creating and executing a growth strategy for McCrometer's metering solutions in key vertical markets. This role focuses on value selling, relationship building, and channel management to identify, influence, and close sales opportunities. The position is field-based, requiring the manager to work from their home office while actively engaging with channel partners and end users to drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a sales growth strategy for the Texas and Oklahoma territory.
  • Build and grow relationships with channel partners and end users.
  • Organize and report on sales performance within the territory.
  • Identify, influence, and close sales opportunities in key vertical markets.

Requirements

  • A degree in engineering or agriculture.
  • Experience using a CRM, specifically Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in forecasting monthly and quarterly sales.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the flow instrumentation industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
