About the position

The Regional Sales Manager for Laborie Medical Technologies is a pivotal role within the Urology team, responsible for driving new business and achieving revenue targets. This position involves motivating and advising sales representatives, creating effective sales strategies, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Motivate and advise sales representatives to improve performance.
  • Create and execute comprehensive strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage sales representatives.
  • Develop relationships with key internal/external customers to exceed sales objectives.
  • Create and execute effective strategies to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience required.
  • At least 2 years of Sales Management experience with direct or independent sales representatives required.
  • Healthcare or business-to-business sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time within the defined territory.
