Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Mentor and support a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of success.
  • Strengthen partnerships with distributors and key customers, ensuring Dormer Pramet remains a trusted industry leader.
  • Identify new opportunities, implement targeted sales initiatives, and introduce innovative solutions to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maximize impact.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales within the metalworking industry, with leadership or management experience.
  • Strong understanding of metal removal manufacturing and distribution.
  • Ability to analyze data, set objectives, and implement impactful sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage sales teams effectively.
  • A relationship-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
