About the position

The Regional Sales Manager for HID Global is responsible for driving new revenue growth and acquiring new clients within the Western United States. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and selling enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 companies. The manager will work closely with channel partners and internal teams to maximize HID's market presence and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Grow new revenue and acquire new logos within the Western US.
  • Maximize IAMs footprint within the HID install base.
  • Strengthen product selection policies through strategic planning and relationship building.
  • Identify new project opportunities across multiple levels within prospects and customers.
  • Sell enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 companies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process effectively.
  • Collaborate with and manage territory HID channel partners.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams.
  • Maintain an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com).

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience exceeding sales quotas as a Regional Sales Manager for a technology vendor.
  • Experience in Identity Access Management, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, or Enterprise Software.
  • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding new logos in an Enterprise Software role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for field sales presentations and software demonstrations.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Extensive network of customers and advocates in the market.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Enterprise Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security Industry.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or MEDPICC methodologies.
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing; Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce.com and MS Office applications.

  • MBA is a plus.
