About the position

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and increasing sales and distribution of PSG products by servicing and developing new accounts, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and expanding sales in current accounts. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve sales targets and enhance product marketability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts, particularly large OEMs.
  • Forecast and develop annual sales quotas for regions; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Analyze trends and results; establish pricing strategies and recommend selling prices.
  • Research, identify, and capitalize on market opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends to provide information for decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Participate in educational opportunities and maintain professional networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of flow meter and pump technologies for the transfer of chemicals and industrial gases.
  • 5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales.
  • Proficient with analytical and productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
  • Strong sales or retention skills with the ability to follow a defined call flow.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-tension situations and negotiate professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask effectively.
  • Solid analytical, logical decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and key metrics in a fast-paced environment.
