About the position

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the North East America territory for AVer Information Inc., focusing on customer acquisition and retention in the video conferencing market. This role is crucial for executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers and resellers, and achieving revenue goals while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets/quotas set by the business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase AVer's video collaboration solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to address their specific needs effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships through regular communication.
  • Achieve sales revenue and profit targets in the assigned region.
  • Respond to sales correspondence, telephone calls, and email inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals, managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
  • Assist with tracking and qualifying leads via phone, emails, and trade shows.
  • Manage and maintain existing accounts and grow the new customer base.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about market developments.
  • Plan and conduct product trainings to Reseller Partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or video conferencing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
