About the position

The Regional Sales Manager for Western New York at Marijuana Farms New York (MFNY) is responsible for supporting the Director of Sales in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the region. This role involves engaging with customers through various sales activities, including order processing, cold calling, and event participation, while maintaining excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process sales orders into the company's database or CRM system.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers and incoming leads to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent MFNY and promote its products.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite (particularly Excel), and other relevant sales tools.

  • Adaptability to changing business needs and willingness to learn about industry trends and product knowledge.
