About the position
The Regional Technical Sales Manager at Sympatec is responsible for driving sales of high-quality measuring systems in the Mid-Atlantic territory. This role involves not only selling but also commissioning and providing user training for Sympatec instruments at customer locations. The position requires a strong technical background and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and mining. The successful candidate will be part of a motivated team and will receive thorough training to ensure they can meet customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Sympatec's particle size and shape analytical instrumentation in the Mid-Atlantic territory.
- Commission and provide user training for Sympatec instruments at customer locations.
- Offer ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and continued success.
- Tailor equipment and software solutions to meet specific customer applications.
- Collaborate with the US-based team and occasionally with team members in Germany.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B technical sales experience in a relevant field.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate at a high technical level.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
