About the position

The Regional Sales Manager at Zaniboni Group is responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, channel management, project management, and order acquisition. This role requires a blend of relationship-building and technical service skills to convert prospects into loyal clients while supporting the lighting community with innovative solutions. The position involves significant travel to visit accounts, attend trade shows, and engage with industry professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Lead prospects into customers and loyal clients, balancing human relationships with professional and technical service.
  • Channel Management: Position Zaniboni Lighting as the preferred choice for products among representatives and distributors.
  • Project Management: Support specifiers from initial concept design through to construction documentation using Zaniboni Lighting products.
  • Order Acquisition: Execute all necessary steps to secure orders from clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, PDF) and experience with customer databases.
  • Ability to compose reports and proposals quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience in the lighting industry.
