Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM software and other software tools for effective customer relationship management.
- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities for business development and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Manage and monitor branch sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer relationship management software.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strategic planning capabilities to align regional branch goals with overall company objectives.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong business development with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- 2+ years of experience in transportation (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales/operational management (preferred).
