About the position

Fly E-Bike is seeking a passionate and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in California. This role is pivotal in expanding our retail presence and driving business growth through the establishment of new stores and the development of high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of setting up new retail locations, from site selection to store setup, ensuring that each new store aligns with our brand values and customer service standards. In this position, you will hire, train, and manage store teams, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. You will also be tasked with identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to increase sales through third-party wholesalers and distribution channels. Understanding customer needs and providing them with detailed information about our products, including e-motors, e-bikes, and e-scooters, will be essential to your success. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will set and achieve regional sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Building relationships with local communities and actively seeking out customers in-store will be key components of your role. You will implement inventory control procedures and ensure accurate financial recording, working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute activities aimed at improving sales. Regular reporting to supervisors and providing monthly updates to the head office will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the establishment of new stores, including site selection and setup.
  • Hire, train, and manage store teams, fostering a culture of customer service excellence.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to increase sales through third-party wholesalers and distribution channels.
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Welcome customers to the store, answer queries, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Set and achieve regional sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Actively seek out customers in-store and build relationships with local communities.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and ensure accurate financial recording.
  • Work with marketing to plan and execute activities aimed at improving sales.
  • Report weekly to supervisors and provide monthly reports to the head office.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Strong business development experience and ability to establish new partnerships
  • Experience in franchise operations and solving customer complaints (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of working experience in sales management or a related field (Preferred)
