We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in our sales team. This position demands a high level of commitment and the ability to travel extensively, with a minimum of 60% travel expected, which translates to at least three weeks per month. The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and will have a strong dotted line to the National Sales Manager, focusing on new business acquisition and achieving the company's A-Map goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and maintaining a high-performing sales team. This includes setting achievable sales goals, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and corporate policies, and managing all activities in accordance with Alsco's Human Resource policies and ethical guidelines. The Regional Sales Manager will also monitor sales productivity, conduct regular sales meetings, and oversee the sales funnel for individual sales consultants. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the sales team meets its targets and adheres to the quality standards set forth by the company.
