Compass Lease, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and competitive Regional Sales Manager to lead the expansion of trailer rental and lease branches across the USA. This onsite position requires strong sales and operational management experience in the trucking industry, focusing on driving sales growth and enhancing market presence. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM software and other software tools for effective customer relationship management.
- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities for business development and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Manage and monitor branch sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer relationship management software.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strategic planning capabilities to align regional branch goals with overall company objectives.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong business development with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- 2+ years of experience in transportation (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales/operational management (preferred).
