The Regional Sales Manager at White Cap is responsible for leading and developing a sales team to achieve company sales and profit goals. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a sales team to exceed company sales and profit goals.
  • Manage pricing parameters and integrate pricing strategy into sales objectives.
  • Directly participate in sales calls with direct reports to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Analyze business strategies affecting growth and finances with management and the sales force.
  • Develop sales programs and track their performance.
  • Plan, forecast, and establish sales and profit goals for the regional sales team.
  • Communicate and negotiate special pricing and product availability with top vendors in the region.
  • Recruit and train the best talent in sales techniques, time management, and market dynamics.
  • Train and assist management on sales procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS/BA) in a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in a related field.
  • Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
