Our organization delivers innovative solutions to clients in the ag industry - partnering with companies in the seed research industry to design and build custom planters, harvesters, and seed processing technology for the seed research industry, and providing them with superior service to support their equipment in the field. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll work as part of a sales team, supporting our customers in growing the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, service, engineering, and manufacturing. You will be a trusted expert, partnering with our clients to determine what equipment, customizations, and innovative solutions can advance their business goals. You will develop and maintain relationships, collaborate on custom equipment solutions, negotiate, and successfully close each sale. This is a full-time position with flexible day-shift hours. Work can be completed remotely from your home office or on-site at our headquarters in central Iowa, with required travel to customer sites throughout the United States. The territory is flexible and dependent on the candidate's location and business needs. The territory for this position is flexible based on the candidate's location and may cover either the Midwest, Southeast or Eastern portion of the United States.
