About the position

The Regional Sales Manager at Forward is responsible for leading the in-person Membership Advisor team, focusing on educating prospective members about the benefits of accessible, preventative healthcare through Forward Membership. This role involves managing the entire sales life-cycle, from prospecting new leads to closing deals, while creating a premier member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire onsite lead journey from start to finish.
  • Lead product demos and provide prospective members with an immersive experience of Forward membership.
  • Engage prospective members as they walk by the site and communicate Forward's mission.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and perform various tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Explore and engage with additional sales channels upon meeting initial sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of Sales/Consulting/Startup or other growth-driving business work experience.
  • Strong competitive drive with high standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop rapport and establish relationships with diverse individuals.
