About the position

The Regional Sales Manager at CrewPlex is responsible for driving market share growth and profitability for CrewPlex products. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions that align with the company's commitment to quality. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, including product demonstrations and customer engagement, while also supporting a network of dealers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive market share growth and profitability for CrewPlex products with end-users and the dealer network.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate and lead product demonstrations at customer job sites and various end-user locations.
  • Address incoming inquiries from end-users through the website.
  • Make proactive outreach to end-users within established markets to generate demand.
  • Utilize CRM to document, track, record, follow up, and capture all sales-related activity promptly and accurately.
  • Sell CrewPlex products as comprehensive customer solutions, fostering relationships that maximize profitability for both the customer and the company.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to prioritize and meet field sales requirements.
  • Cultivate industry relationships and engage in networking activities that promote the CrewPlex brand.
  • Offer training, mentoring, and coaching to dealer networks and independent sales teams.
  • Represent CrewPlex at trade shows and dealer events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies, as well as end-user and dealer requirements, during work assignments.
  • Complete other assigned tasks professionally and efficiently as directed by management.
  • Provide feedback from field activities to support technology updates and solution development.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in industrial and construction sales.
  • Municipal sales experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in demonstration-based sales.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficient in computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of industrial distribution and equipment dealer networks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be based in Texas, preferably in Houston, Dallas, or San Antonio.
