About the position

The Regional Sales Development Manager (RDM) at ClearChoice is responsible for training, coaching, and motivating Dental Implant Sales Consultants (PECs) to enhance their sales performance. This role involves collaborating with center, regional, and divisional leadership to develop and implement effective sales action plans. The RDM will facilitate national and regional sales training, represent the company in a professional manner, and inspire sales teams to consistently meet or exceed their goals. The position is crucial for driving the company's mission of providing innovative dental implant care and improving the lives of prospective patients.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates training and effective coaching of ClearChoice's sales methodology (Rainmaker) for Sales Consultants and Center Teams.
  • Assesses training needs through shadowing and observing Sales Consultants, reviewing sales metrics (KPIs), and collecting feedback from Doctors, regional leaders, and divisional operation teams.
  • Develops individual coaching plans for Sales Consultants and Center teams to improve or optimize existing sales processes and ultimately improve results.
  • Drives sales performance results through individual coaching of Sales Consultants and Center Team members.
  • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, integrating onboarding and ongoing field training support with routine job functions.
  • Seeks to improve business and sales acumen by participating in internal and external educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of previous consultative sales and training experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel 80%
  • Ability to influence performance without a direct reporting relationship
