About the position

The Regional Sales Manager at OrthAlign Inc. is responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base in Alabama and Florida, focusing on the hip and knee replacement market. This role involves building relationships with surgeons, distributors, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers, while providing clinical training and education on the company's orthopedic products. The ideal candidate is self-driven, passionate about sales, and possesses a strong understanding of the orthopedic marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout territory to meet with surgeons, conduct demos/trials, and host education labs.
• Train fellow residents and onboard new users.
• Increase sales and utilization for KneeAlign, UniAlign, and HipAlign products.
• Provide primary clinical training and education to customers.
• Work closely with the AVP/ASD to develop sales goals and execution plans tailored to the region.
• Teach, coach, and instruct users on effective use of the technology.
• Manage administrative tasks such as sales reports, inventory control, and expense report submission.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience in hip and knee implants or orthopedic products.
• In-depth knowledge of orthopedics, specifically hip and knee replacements.
• BA/BS degree (preferred).
• Proven track record in growing sales and adding customers.
• Expertise in operating room procedures and confidence as a product expert.
• Solid understanding of the sales process within hospital and ASC environments.
