About the position

The Regional Sales Manager for Sun Protection of Florida is responsible for leading and developing a team of Outside Sales Representatives (OSTs) to increase sales revenue and efficiencies across the company's territories. This role involves coaching, training, and motivating the sales team while collaborating with the VP of Sales to achieve sales targets and improve performance metrics. The position requires a strong focus on mentoring and developing a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage territories to achieve sales revenue targets and closing ratios.
  • Develop and refine sales skills and techniques of the team through coaching conversations.
  • Educate the sales team on products, service offerings, and newest promotions.
  • Train and coach OSTs to continuously improve Key Performance Metrics and increase their earnings.
  • Collaborate with Sales Growth Specialists on SPF Sales Training Documentation.
  • Conduct ride-alongs in each territory to provide hands-on training and support.
  • Motivate and hold OSTs accountable for capturing sales opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify prospective client markets and develop creative strategies for selling into them.
  • Field daily communications from Outside Sales Consultants regarding sales strategies and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales on performance metrics and territory revenue goals.
  • Build, develop, recruit, and retain a winning team of OSTs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful experience leading and developing an outside sales team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
