About the position

The Retail Regional Manager at Trulieve is responsible for overseeing a territory of profitable dispensaries, focusing on maximizing volume and effective inventory management. This role requires significant sales experience and effective leadership to ensure that dispensaries deliver personalized service while adhering to company policies and compliance regulations. The manager will also be involved in financial management, human resources, operations, and sales management to drive overall success in the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss (P&L) for the territory and participate in the annual budget process.
• Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed business decisions.
• Ensure area achieves labor goals through effective scheduling and payroll management.
• Formulate a collaborative culture of accountability and responsibility among team members.
• Manage the recruitment process for area management and retain, motivate, and develop team members.
• Prioritize customer service and ensure effective inventory management.
• Ensure dispensaries are safe, impeccably maintained, and compliant with regulations.
• Communicate and review sales goals with field and dispensary management.
• Execute training for team members focused on customer service and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of multi-unit retail experience with a proven track record of results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of products and general industry terms.
• Adept at mathematics and finance, including financial reports and Profit & Loss statements.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
• Pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening.
• At least 21 years of age.
