About the position

The Regional Sales Operations Consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) plays a crucial role in supporting Regional Sales Leaders by executing their objectives and strategies. This position focuses on optimizing the use of sales automation tools and technologies, overseeing training, support, and administrative functions essential for enhancing sales productivity. The role is integral to ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Regional Sales Leaders to execute primary objectives and strategies.
  • Ensure effective utilization of sales automation tools and technologies.
  • Oversee training and support functions essential to sales productivity.
  • Manage administrative functions related to sales operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Sales Force experience required.
  • Strong presentation skills required; training experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects/priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in an operations, sales support, or account management role in insurance agency/brokerage or benefits group preferred.
  • Experience with sales technology tools preferred (i.e., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, miEdge, etc.)
