About the position

The Regional Sales & Operations Manager at Caesarstone will lead a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve sales targets and ensure operational excellence in the Multi-Material division. This role is crucial for developing and implementing sales strategies, providing oversight, motivating the team, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The ultimate goal is to maximize sales performance and expand the customer base.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop sales and operations strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and set clear sales and operational targets for the team.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and operations leaders to achieve targets.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in alignment with operational capabilities.
• Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement in sales and operations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing key accounts and service delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5 years of experience in a management role, ideally in Operations/Supply Chain.
• Six Sigma Blackbelt, LEAN, or Industrial Engineering Professional Skills Certification preferred.
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think both tactically and strategically.
• Extensive knowledge in organizational effectiveness and project management principles.
• Proven track record in facilitating organizational change and development.
• Strong ability to develop, mentor, and coach team members.
