About the position
The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for growing a designated sales territory for Acclaimed Home Warranty. This role requires motivation, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail to achieve sales goals and maintain client relationships. The representative will engage with various stakeholders in the real estate industry and utilize CRM software to track activities and leads.
Responsibilities
- Conduct office visits to title companies, agents, builders, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for presentations and sales at CE classes, marketing events, and office meetings.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to ensure a successful sales territory.
- Track daily activities using CRM software.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in sales industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and home warranty is required
- Driver's License is required
