About the position

The Regional Sales Representative at Progression Brewing Company is responsible for managing and expanding the brewery's account list in the Greater Boston Area. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for craft beer, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while focusing on customer service and sales growth. The representative will engage with existing accounts, set up promotional events, and build strategic partnerships to enhance brand exposure and sales volume.

Responsibilities

  • Calling on accounts on a weekly-biweekly basis
  • Expanding account lists strategically to increase brand exposure and sales volume
  • Managing and supporting existing accounts through quality assurance checkpoints and staff training
  • Setting up and executing promotional events in targeted accounts
  • Attending and executing beer festivals to increase consumer awareness
  • Improving product placement for optimal consumer exposure
  • Building strategic partnerships through rapport building and promotions

Requirements

  • Commitment to a sales career and desire for growth
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of success in craft beer sales
  • Strong competitive spirit and confident personality
  • Results-driven attitude
  • Ability to learn sales data platform (Salesforce)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Six years or more of clean driving history
  • Ability to independently lift 60lbs and team lift kegs (165lbs)
