About the position

As a Regional Sales Representative at Vecta Environmental Services, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth within the industrial cleaning sector. Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the industrial cleaning sector.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, pain points, and industry trends.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase Vecta Environmental's services and capabilities.
  • Listen actively to client feedback and concerns, addressing them promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data and client feedback to identify potential areas for service expansion or improvement.
  • Set and work towards sales targets and revenue goals, both individually and as part of the sales team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the company's CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and invoicing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably within the industrial cleaning or related sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial cleaning services, processes, and equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance in the industrial sector is a plus.
