About the position

The Regional Sales - Territory Manager for Toptracer is responsible for driving revenue results in the Midwest region, specifically in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, with a focus on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively showcase Toptracer Range offerings. Responsibilities include giving presentations, attending networking events, and developing strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Toptracer Range products and services with a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to engage with existing and potential customers in the Golf Driving Range and Golf Facilities industry.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan based on data analysis and adjust sales techniques as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong ability to achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure service excellence and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, and manage the sales cycle to close new business.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and conduct effective demonstrations.
  • Utilize sales tools and manage daily sales data effectively.
