About the position

The Regional Sales Training Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for new sales executives. This role focuses on enhancing the skills of the sales team to ensure company success through effective training, motivation, and adherence to sales policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Train and develop all Sales Executives and Sales Management.
  • Provide ongoing training to support new hires in the sales closing process.
  • Meet weekly with designated team members for training, motivation, and team building.
  • Ensure the Sales staff's understanding and adherence to all sales policies and procedures.
  • Partner with sales management to provide training feedback on Sales Executives.
  • Assist in sales areas of critical need as directed by senior management.
  • Work individually with Sales Executives on performance-related issues.
  • Deliver new hire sales training covering product knowledge, ethical selling, customer service, and closing techniques.

Requirements

  • Previous timeshare sales training experience.
  • High school Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Possess a current/active Tennessee Timeshare License.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
