Kenvue is currently seeking a Regional Senior Manager for Procurement - Logistics NA, a pivotal role that reports directly to the Regional Director of NA Procurement Logistics. This position is based in Skillman, NJ, with plans for relocation to Summit, NJ in early 2025. The Regional Senior Manager, Procurement - Logistics NA will lead procurement activities across various logistics spend categories, focusing on driving financial results and ensuring alignment between business and category strategies. This role involves executing strategic business and industry engagement to establish a reliable and effective supply base. The manager will oversee end-to-end spend management responsibilities, which include Network Strategy, Category Management, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracting, Innovation, and Talent Management. The position is accountable for achieving aggressive financial targets, including cost and working capital improvements, while also delivering on a balanced value proposition that encompasses innovation, environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), as well as procurement process excellence. In this role, the leader must embrace agile working methods and will be responsible for developing and recruiting top-tier talent. The Regional Senior Manager will be a key member of the Global Logistics Procurement Leadership Team and a critical partner to the Regional Deliver Leadership Team. Responsibilities

  • Engage in the development of Logistics Procurement strategies to establish a world-class organization and supplier base.
  • Align category strategies with the company strategy and stakeholders.
  • Coach and recruit world-class talent.
  • Deliver financial, ESG, service, and innovation targets.
  • Steward financial policy and responsible supplier and procurement standards.
  • Leverage and maximize fit-for-purpose procurement process solutions, including the utilization of world-class digital solutions, use of business process outsourcing, and deployment of internal resources.
  • Engage with executive leadership in key supplier relationships.
  • Cultivate a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and continuously advance procurement capabilities.
  • Actively engage with the team and internal and external stakeholders throughout the strategy development and sourcing execution process.
  • Manage the team and modes of operation effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement and logistics management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver financial targets and manage budgets effectively.
  • Experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
  • Knowledge of environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) principles in procurement.
  • Ability to leverage digital solutions and business process outsourcing in procurement activities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
