Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex property claims for clients.
- Ensure favorable outcomes for claims through effective advocacy.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external carrier partners.
- Build strong risk management portfolios for clients.
- Interpret and apply claims law and insurance procedures on a multi-line basis.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of claims processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of previous claims experience with a property carrier or broker.
- Advanced knowledge of claims law and insurance claim procedures.
- Strong organizational, project planning, and time management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Professional designations in insurance and/or claims.
