The Regional Senior Vice President of AWS / Azure Cloud is a leadership role focused on guiding companies through their cloud journey, leveraging AWS and Azure technologies. This position involves collaborating with a team of experts to drive significant business outcomes, optimize costs, and enhance profitability for clients across various industries. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen to develop cloud strategies that align with business goals, while also fostering professional growth within the team.

Responsibilities

• Work with companies at various stages of their business life cycle, focusing on AWS and Azure Cloud solutions.
• Analyze corporate performance to drive cost optimizations and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and build business in areas of expertise.
• Provide technical leadership and become a trusted partner to client C-level executives.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while extending work for team members on client projects.
• Mentor and coach team members to build talent and enhance team performance.
• Develop business cases and TCO analyses to connect cloud strategies with financial success metrics.
• Define and implement governance for managing cloud environments and applications.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in cloud strategy design and implementation on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in cloud financial management and demonstrated knowledge in FinOps.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and TCO analyses.
• Experience in restructuring IT departments for optimal cloud management.
• Recognized knowledge across various industry sectors such as Technology, Financial Services, and Media.
• Experience working within agile teams in Lean or Continuous Improvement environments.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
