About The Position

DuBois Chemicals is seeking a high-performing Regional Service Manager to lead a team of technical service representatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the execution of DuBois' value proposition through the services provided to customers within a defined geographical area. The Regional Service Manager will enhance DuBois' market presence while maintaining expenses in line with budgetary constraints. The position involves providing solutions to customers in fleet wash, surface treatment, and industrial food & beverage sectors, focusing on reducing their total operating costs and consistently exceeding their expectations through the use of diverse product lines and multiple market channels. The Regional Service Manager will be responsible for servicing various systems, including bus and truck wash systems, pumps, wash and rinse arches, and sap chemical systems. The role also encompasses monthly and biweekly services for surface treatment, as well as monthly and quarterly services for industrial accounts, including metalworking and metal forming equipment. Additionally, the manager will oversee cleaning and sanitizing services for food and beverage equipment and develop and maintain water treatment programs for boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment. In this position, the Regional Service Manager will lead a team to provide technical service that supports product applications at customer sites, ensuring superior account satisfaction and retention. The manager will develop service plans to meet customer requirements and expand market share while maintaining expenses within the service group in line with budget requirements. The role requires organizing and engaging corporate resources to support the service team, aligning team performance with DuBois standards, and developing the technical and commercial skills of service representatives. The manager will also provide market intelligence related to competitive activity and market trends, establish strong relationships with sales managers, and assist the team in supporting multiple customers across the designated geography.
