About the position

The Regional Spa Director position in Miami is a newly created role that presents an exciting opportunity for growth within the beauty and spa industry. This strategic position is designed for an experienced professional who has previously held regional or area responsibilities overseeing multiple large facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Spa Directors at seven separate hotel spas, ensuring that each location meets its financial and customer service objectives. This role does not involve daily operations, allowing the Regional Spa Director to focus on high-level strategy and support for the Spa Directors under their supervision. In this position, the Regional Spa Director will work closely with the Spa Directors to develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall positioning of the spa portfolio. This includes analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing guidance to achieve both financial targets and exceptional customer service standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the spa or beauty industry, with a proven track record of success in a regional or area management role. Living in the Miami area is a requirement, as no relocation assistance will be provided. The compensation package includes a competitive salary along with a performance-based bonus of 30%.
